This is a very smart hardcore band. Lyrics are exceptional compared to the standard hardcore fare and delivered with a very palpable sense of urgency and frustration. The lyrical narrative details the trials and tribulations of a man in the early 20th century, along with accompanying themes of inadequacy, desperation, isolation, and paranoia. The first track "Blessed Burden" has got to be one of my favorite hardcore tracks ever. Good stuff.
